All Group Classes are on Tooting Common, meeting at the car
park on Dr Johnson Avenue (What3Words)
and last for 45 minutes.
Battle PT classes are the flagship High Intensity Cardio classes replicating the type of intense fitness training soldiers will do when preparing for operations. These classes cover between 3 and 6 Kilometres doing various bodyweight exercises and drills pushing you as hard as you can go. (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday)
Strength classes are lower intensity and focus on improving strength and mobility, while developing muscle. (Tuesday and Thursday)
Functional Fitness classes use equipment, and bodyweight exercises and drills to provide a challenging full body Strength and Cardio workout. (Friday)
Monday: 0700, 1800 and 1900 Battle PT
Tuesday: 0700 and 0800 Strength
Wednesday: 1900 Battle PT
Thursday: 0700 Battle PT; 0930 Strength
Friday: 0700 and 0800 Functional Fitness
