Outdoor fitness classes on Tooting Common all year round.

Combat Conditioning Bootcamp classes on Tooting Common incorporate old school Army Physical Training with modern Strength & Conditioning (S&C) practices.

All 3 types of Group Classes are on Tooting Common, meeting at the car park on Dr Johnson Avenue (What3Words) and last for 45 minutes:

1)  Battle PT classes are High Intensity Cardio and cover between 3 and 6 Kilometres doing various bodyweight exercises and drills pushing you as hard as you can go.  (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday)

2)  Strength classes are Low Intensity, using weights and equipment and focus on improving strength and mobility, while developing muscle.  (Tuesday and Thursday)

3)  Functional Fitness classes  use equipment and bodyweight exercises and drills to provide a challenging full body Strength and Cardio workout.  (Monday and Friday)


Monday: 0700 Functional Fitness/  1900 Battle PT 

Tuesday: 0700 and 0800 Strength

Wednesday: 1900 Battle PT

Thursday: 0700 Battle PT/   0930 Strength

Friday: 0700 and 0800 Functional Fitness


Single Class:  £15

3 Class Pack: £20

4 Week Block: £60

12 Week Block: £150

Unlimited Monthly Membership:  £45 (Minimum 3 months)
