Personal Training on Tooting Common or in the local area.

Whether your goal is weight-loss and general well-being or improved performance, you will receive a well-structured, safe and achievable class as part of a bespoke training plan.

Intro to PT  offer is 4x Personal Training sessions for £200 to give you the momentum to get your fitness back on track.  

Normal Price is £60 a session.

Group Training If you would like to train with up to 4 other people, regardless of abilities on Tooting Common you can book a class between 6AM and 2PM, Monday to Saturday.  HIIT, Strength and Functional Fitness classes can be delivered for £60 per session (2-6 people), or £10 each beyond that.
